After Create ends, something special remains.
The pace slows. The craft table stays a little messier. Projects wait patiently to be finished. And the conversations, lessons, and moments from Create continue to echo long after the final live has ended.
That space in between, after the excitement but before we move on, is what I like to call the Create Afterglow.
Creating from Home, Still Connected
Just like the rest of Create 2025, this Afterglow moment happens entirely at home.
There’s no schedule to rush into, no next session to prepare for. Instead, there’s time to reflect from our own creative spaces, to think about what stood out, what we learned, and what we want to carry forward.
Even though the event has officially ended, the sense of connection remains strong.
About the Afterglow Video
This Afterglow live is a gentle reflection on everything Create held.
It’s not about teaching or instruction. It’s about processing, gratitude, and honoring the experience we just shared.
What Stayed With Me
Create is always about more than projects.
What lingers after Create are the moments of kindness, the encouragement in the chat, the shared excitement, and the generosity woven throughout the event. It’s the reminder that creativity thrives in community, even when we’re all creating from home.
There’s something powerful about knowing that so many people were sitting at their own tables, working through the same ideas, challenges, and joys together.
Creativity Doesn’t End When the Event Does
One of the most important things Create teaches us is that creativity isn’t confined to a schedule.
The Afterglow is permission to keep going at your own pace. To revisit techniques. To finish projects slowly. To let ideas develop naturally.
There’s no rush. No pressure. Just space to enjoy the process.
